Present it again
Put the corrected bin out on the next scheduled recycling day.
Do not use the missed-bin form: Wolverhampton says contaminated recycling cannot be rearranged as an ordinary missed collection.

If council is at fault
The form says a return collection can take up to two working days.
Other rejection reasons: bin too heavy, damaged, wrong bin, wrong day or lid not closed can also stop a return collection.
Fast rule: next working day + correct date + before 6:30am + no orange tag + within two working days + next round not imminent.

Caddies arrive
The council delivers a larger outdoor caddy.

Move waste outdoors

The new food waste service is collected every week once active.

Batteries and electrical items can create a fire risk and are listed as contamination.
Communal-property exception: the current kerbside small-electrical service is for household kerbside properties, not communal properties.
